• Results and insights generated by our algorithms are estimates, models or indicators only; they are not guarantees of business outcomes, search engine rankings, traffic generation, conversion improvements, or revenue increases.
• You remain fully responsible for interpreting and acting on the Reports at your own risk.

4. Registration, Credentials, and Security

• To access certain features you must register and create an account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or unethical purposes, including:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
